ROSEMEAD, Calif., June 21, 2012 — The Board of Directors of Southern California Edison Company today declared the following dividends:

  • Quarterly dividends of $1.145 per share on the Series A preference stock and $1.50 per share on the Series C preference stock.  Each of these dividends is payable on July 31, 2012, to shareholders of record on July 5, 2012.
  • The first semi-annual dividend of $31.25 per share on the newly issued Series E preference stock, payable on August 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on July 5, 2012.
  • Quarterly dividends of $0.255 per share on the 4.08% series of cumulative preferred stock, $0.265 per share on the 4.24% series of cumulative preferred stock and $0.29875 per share on the 4.78% series of cumulative preferred stock.  Each of these dividends is payable on August 31, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 3, 2012.
  • A quarterly dividend of $1.625 per share on the Series D preference stock, payable on September 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 3, 2012.
  • The first quarterly dividend of $46.484375 per share on the newly issued Series F preference stock, payable on September 15, 2012, to the shareholder of record on September 14, 2012.  A corresponding distribution on the 5.625% trust preference securities issued by SCE Trust I will be made on September 15, 2012, to holders of record on September 14, 2012 in the amount of $0.464844 per trust preference security.
  • Quarterly dividends of $0.27 per share on the 4.32% series of cumulative preferred stock and $1.53125 per share on the Series B preference stock.  Each of these dividends is payable on September 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 5, 2012.
