November 20, 2002 November 20, 2002 The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) today expanded the scope of evidence it will consider as it determines whether to order independent power producers to refund a portion of the charges California utilities and their customers were required to pay during the state's energy crisis. In response, SCE Chairman & CEO Alan Fohrer issued the following statement.
