California's Electricity Oversight Board (EOB) today held hearings on steps being considered by the California Independent System Operator (Cal-ISO) to redesign the state's electricity markets.  In response, SCE offered the following comment.

ROSEMEAD, Calif., March 21, 2003 - In general, we support market changes proposed by Cal-ISO, including the use of Locational Marginal Pricing.  However, we believe it is important that each change be thoroughly studied, even if that requires delaying the current implementation schedule.
