October 22, 2001 October 22, 2001 SCE is currently processing the last of four summer customer bills that include the state's 20/20 conservation rebate when applicable. To date, 33% of residential bills and 32% of all bills have included the 20/20 rebate as a result of reduced energy consumption of 20% or more relative to the same period of the previous year.
