Edison International and Southern California Edison Declare Dividends

ROSEMEAD, Calif., February 25, 2016 — The Board of Directors of Edison International (NYSE: EIX) today declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.48 per share, payable on April 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2016.

Additionally, SCE today declared the following dividends:

  • A quarterly dividend on the Series F preference stock, which would result in a distribution of $0.351563 on SCE Trust I’s 5.625% Trust Preference Securities.  A quarterly dividend on the Series G preference stock, which would result in a distribution of $0.31875 on SCE Trust II’s 5.10% Trust Preference Securities.  A quarterly dividend on the Series H preference stock, which would result in a distribution of $0.359375 on SCE Trust III’s 5.75% Trust Preference Securities. A quarterly dividend on the Series J preference stock, which would result in a distribution of $0.335938 on SCE Trust IV’s 5.375% Trust Preference Securities.  Each of these dividends is payable on March 15, 2016, to the applicable holder of record on March 14, 2016.
  • Quarterly dividends of $0.255 per share on the 4.08% series of cumulative preferred stock, $0.265 per share on the 4.24% series of cumulative preferred stock and $0.29875 per share on the 4.78% series of cumulative preferred stock. Each of these dividends is payable on May 31, 2016, to shareholders of record on May 5, 2016.
